The best hotels in Venice

Londra Palace, Venice

You may now know that my love for Venice is unlimited. There are so many places I still have to see that I keep coming back, and the fact that I live only one and a half hour far surely helps. I will for sure take advantage of this soon again in the future. Besides the sightseeing I want to visit, there are so many incredibly stunning hotels I would really really like to check in. This post collects some of my favorite hotels, the ones I wish to be their guest soon. I hope this will help you find your perfect accommodation for your trip to Venice.

San Clemente, Venice

This incredibly exclusive retreat is located on a private island in the Laguna, 10 minutes far from Piazza San Marco by boat. Here the modern comfort merges with tradional high ceiling, Venetian chandeliers and Italian marbles. Can you ask for anything better for your personal Italian retreat? I guess you can’t. The hotel will reopen in March 2016.

Hotel Danieli, Venice

The Danieli Hotel is one of the most known hotels of Venice. A luxury stay is guaranteed in this stunning five stars facility. The hotel is located few steps from Piazza San Marco in an incredibly gorgeous ancient palace. Italian marbles, huge antique staircases, and incredible building, old paintings, everything in this hotel will transport you in a luxury from another era. The royal-feeling here is guaranteed. And it also has an incredibly view. Oh, it also have a rooftop bar and restaurant. Stylish, chic elegant and classic, it is one of my favorite palaces of Venice.

Cà Sagredo, Venice

I’ve discovered this hotel during my last weekend in Venice. I looked up while enjoying my evening walk and I saw these incredibly amazing painted ceilings. They were so stunning I had to know what was inside that building. This is how I found out about Cà Sagredo, a 5 Luxury stars hotel in the heart of Venice. 42 rooms and suites in an ancient XV century buildings with view over the Grand Canal or Campo Santa Sofia and Rialto. A stay here I guess is truly an unique experience. Fresco ceilings, Venetian chandeliers, grand stairs, art pieces, an incredible location and view. In this hotel you’ll fell like a queen. It is definitely on my bucket list!

Londra Palace, Venice

Every room of this hotel is different from the others. Londra Palace is a huge hotel located in the very center of Venice, few steps, I mean very few, like 10 or 20, from Palazzo Ducale and Piazza San Marco. It overlooks the promenade and the Laguna, the rooms on that side of the palace for sure enjoy the best Venice has to offer: stunning sunsets and sunrises and the heart of the city. Do you need something else?

Hilton Molino Stucky, Venice

Another hotel located on a different Venetian island. Hilton Molino Stucky is on the island of Giudecca, it’s the biggest hotel of Venice and includes one of the panoramic pool of the city. Seven different restaurants and bars, including a Skyline rooftop bar with an incredible view, entertain the guests in an unique and chic way.

Bauer Il Palazzo, Venice

A stunning ancient Venetian building now an exclusive boutique hotel. The location in amazing, a marvelous building full of history, masterly adapted to hotel. Deluxe rooms and suites with view or overlooking the Canal Grande, this address is for the most stylish and chic travelers.

I’ve already been guest at NH Palazzo Barocci, that is the reason why I left it for last. You can find my review of our stay here.
