Surreo B&B: I’ve spent less than a day in Sorrento, but if there’s a thing I can suggest you, is you have to sleep here.
We have chosen Surreo Bed&Breakfast amongst all the choices on Booking, and so far is the accommodation that surprised us the most of all our travels.
LOCATION
Surreo is conveniently located in the very heart of Sorrento, on one of main street, the pedestrian only Via Fuoro. The street is a typical narrow street, full of shops and small restaurants where you’ll spend hours strolling around, choosing souvenirs and eating delicious meals.
Serro has an agreement with an external parking, they will come pick your car up and get it back to you when you’ll leave.
THE FACILITY
The Bed&Breakfast is in an apartment that has 2 rooms named Penelope and Ulisse and 1 apartment named Argo. Each room has been finely renovated, following the typical design of a modern hotel room. These are not extremely spacious but have everything you may need. A very comfortable bed and a nice forniture that hides in its various doors a fridge, the closet, a safe and a lot of space for your belongings.
A special mention to the bathroom, that looks more like a contemporary Spa with its huge shower. We stayed in the room named Penelope and really enjoyed it.
STAFF
Staff of Surreo, especially Francesco, has been gentle and sweet, helping us out with everything immaginable. From arranging parking, to suggestions about what to do and lot of tips on where to go to have a delicious dinner.
We stayed around mid September last year during our tour of Naples and Amalfi Coast. We have chosen Sorrento and Surreo as base for our day trip to Capri.
Price was around €100 for one night, considered that we were in the very heart of old town, it was a very good deal!
