Impressions of Bali

Bali, rice terraces at Tegallalang

Bali is the fragrance of incenses of the offers.

Is its people always smiling, gentle and positive.

It is a temple in every home and three main temples in every village.

Temples in the jungle, caves and waterfalls. Ceremonies on the beach, overlooking the ocean.

Bali is believing in Karma and its power.

Is being thankful and grateful.

Harmony, jungle, yoga, rain so heavy that deletes the horizon, humidity.

Bali is welcome, rituals. The art of wellness.

Marvelous landscapes never seen before. The island is green and lush. Rice terraces until the eyes see and you’ll feel being in a painting.

Frangipani and their fragrance. Flowers in the air, on the streets, everywhere.

Its monkeys over the rooftops. Swimming with turtles and thousands of fishes. Cristal clear waters.

Peace of mind, body and soul. Waking up happy and falling asleep happy the same, no matter if it’s raining.

Beaches so wide you don’t see the end and big waves. Surf and Ocean temples. But also secluded beaches with nobody except you and the ocean sound.

The beach clubs, bars, feet in the sand and a cocktail in your hand.

The sunset on the beach, with thousand of other people doing the same thing. Enjoying it, making memories, living a beautiful moment.

Is millions of motor-scooters, traffic and drivers at every corner. Streets surrounded by rice terraces and jungle trees.

Is colorful sarongs made of batik and silk. Carved wood doors, a stunning craftsmanship. Nasi and Mie goreng, Gado Gado.

Bali is different from the world you know. This island is becoming conscious that there may be another way of living, thinking, believing, praying, being happy, grateful.

Bali is be amazed, falling in love.

Bali and the urgent desire to go back.
